Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only, including to PO Boxes and parcel lockers where the carrier allows.

Processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Our products are sent directly from our supplier partners' warehouses, so items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days of dispatch for metro areas, and may take longer for regional and remote areas. A few items ship from overseas warehouses and take longer; when that applies, the expected delivery time is shown on the product page before you buy.

Shipping costs

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If a parcel shows no movement for 5 business days, or tracking says delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll follow it up with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it once the shipping cost is paid again.
