Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Bluegum Dog Co. website and buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We try to show products, colours and sizes accurately, but screens vary and small differences may occur. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order and give a full refund if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we suspect fraud.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. See our Refund Policy for details on returns.

Using our products safely

Please choose the right size and type of product for your dog and supervise your dog with toys and chews. No toy is indestructible; remove any damaged toy to avoid choking hazards.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of this website or our products is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid.
